Eye of Round Roast
Garlic Powder
Salt
Pepper
Salt, pepper and coat roast with garlic powder.
Sear roast on all sides with 2 tbsp olive oil and 2 tbsp butter.
Place roast in crockpot.
Add one jar of Peppercini peppers (including juice), chopped
Add:
3 Beef Bouillon cubes
2 tbsp Italian Seasoning
1 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp Worcheshire
4 shakes of Tabasco sauce
1 cup water
Cook on high for 6-8 hours. Roast will fall apart with fork.
Serve with French rolls, sliced and toasted.

Introducing the members that will be posting recipes: Mama is the leader of the pack. Mama has been cooking good Southern food for a long, long time. Then some of her family members decided they were allergic to certain things so she learned to adapt. Mama can fry anything and it tastes great! A is Mama's oldest daughter. She is the chef of the family and loves wowing each of us with different recipes. When she cooks, you have to taste and she loves to see your reaction. B is another daughter of Mama. A strict vegetarian but can still bring home great, healthy meals. T is little brother to A & B and only son of Mama. As the baby of the family, T learned to eat and eat well. But has started to spread his wings and become a grillmaster. J is the outlaw, married to T, and as the family jokes, a horrible cook. She is the taste-tester and kitchen cleaner. But has recently shown some interest in cooking and began to venture in to the kitchen...not just to clean it.
